In the week of 24 till 26th of October I embarked on an amazing adventure together with 40 international girls from 14 different countries organized by Rituals. It all started when I received this amazing suitcase with my own name on it. Filled with Rituals goodies and an amazing Rosefield watch! A ‘little’ gift from Rituals. Well.. if it has to start like this.. I’m really curious for the upcoming 3 days! WOW!
I arrived at this amazing recently openend Jakarta Hotel in Amsterdam. They showed me my private room and of course the bathroom was filled with Rituals goodies! #paradise! The room was amazing and at 5 we all went on a boat, off to our first adventure!
DINNER AND NEW LAUNCHES
The CEO from Rituals was awaiting us in a beautiful room with a big table covered with the most beautiful accessories and it really felt like Christmas! The fact that they put watermelon and pomegranate everywhere had to do with the launch of the NEW rituals collection called: Rituals of Yalda
Wow! Just one word for the introduction! I really had Goosebumps when they showed the introduction movie of the new Ritual. The packaging is amazing and we were the first to discover this new collection! For sure this is going to be a present under the Christmas tree (Martin I hope you read this). ;)
After a few introductions we had a 14!! course dinner. Every dish looked stunning and the taste was amazing! Such a treat! After dinner we discovered the new products and we engraved or own jewellery from the brand: Thomas Sabo.
I made a wish with the new whishing paper from Rituals. This is a thing they do within the ritual of Yalda. The winter limited edition.
RITUAL OF YALDA
The Ritual of Yalda is inspired by ancient Persian wisdom. It gives you warmth, light and well-being in the cold season. The ritual arouses, with pomegranate and watermelon, a boost of energy for winter.
The packaging for the products is very beautiful in blue and dark pink / red. They also launched 2 fragrances, and they are both so beautiful I would love to have them in my interior!
After this amazing night, we went back to the hotel and had a good night sleep. The next morning, we had a ‘relaxing’ yoga session in our new Rituals Yoga outfit! So nice! Still working on my flexibility though haha!
After the yoga session we had 3 sessions. We created our own Shampoo! This is also new in the Rituals store. It is called the Hair temple. You just add your favourite Ritual, and then the items your hair really needs. Like moisture or if you have curly hair, something to enhance your curls. You can see in the pictures I made my own shampoo with the Happy ritual of Buddha.
After this we went on to the second session. We discovered or own Dosha. Discovering I’m a true Vata. Not sure if this says anything for you but I could write a whole blog post about this, so maybe you should look it up haha.
RITUALS FACIAL AND FACE MASSAGES
After this session we had a facial! With the Rituals skincare 'The Ritual of Namaste' we had a relaxing session cleaning and scrubbing our face by different face massage techniques. Lovely!
When I got back at my hotelroom, I discovered a very beautiful pink/white pyjama. Does this mean? Yes! A slumber party!! We went on the Supperclub boat and had the most amazing party ever!!! Check out the pictures if you don’t believe me ;). Instead of our ‘kroket uit de muur’ concept, we had or own make-up! We had a dinner and we had or popcorn machine. We made crazy movies in the slowmotion Rituals booth and I totally had a party to remember.
The next day we had a small meditation session and then we had to head home again. What an amazing couple of days! Thank you so much, girls and Rituals! I discovered a lot of new products, lovely new friends, and I really had a relaxing, mind blowing 3 days.
